You’ll join a distributed, collaborative team dedicated to attracting innovative talent while upholding a high standard of candidate experience. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fill critical needs, shape the organization’s future, and take ownership from search strategy to candidate close. Ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making an impact.
What You Will Do

- Design and execute search strategies for diverse roles across business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and recommend hiring strategies.
- Source, engage, and attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
- Proactively solve challenges and refine documentation, tools, and talent intelligence.
- Guide candidates through the process, providing insights to support successful closures.
- Innovate and improve by contributing ideas that enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Functional experience: Proven track record recruiting across technical and non-technical roles.
- Autonomous hiring: Experience owning searches independently in outbound-driven, competitive markets.
- Recruitment background: 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, demanding environments.
- Adaptability: Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic projects and hands-on execution.
- Global mindset: Experience with international recruiting and working in distributed teams.
- Relationship-building: Strong ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration.
- Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Tool proficiency: Familiarity with modern ATS (e.g. Ashby), LinkedIn search, scheduling (e.g. Modernloop), and AI-driven productivity tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail, accountability, and a results-driven approach.
