Job description

About us

Built with 💜 in KSA and leveraging Silicon Valley expertise, we’re creating innovative solutions in the realm of Voice AI and AI agents. As we continue our rapid growth trajectory in an exciting and dynamic market, we’re looking for A-players to join our team.

Role Overview

We're looking for a people driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. We believe that the right hire can make all the difference and your mission is to find the best people to help drive our mission forward. As an ambassador of our culture, you'll also ensure all candidates have a 10/5 experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Source & engage top talent across a variety of channels
  • Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the recruitment process ensuring a 10/5 candidate experience.
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics to continuously improve the process
  • Share timely updates with hire managers on active roles

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in tech or startups
  • Solid experience sourcing technical talent (engineering, product, etc)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment

Why work at Sarj.ai

  • Engineering culture: A global engineering team building AI tools from scratch, with a focus on Arabic NLP and enterprise-grade systems.
  • Impactful mission: Work on technology that directly replaces legacy call centers and manual processes in a rapidly digitizing region.
  • Early-stage environment: As an unfunded, bootstrapped company with 16 employees, team members likely enjoy high ownership, fast iteration, and broad scope of responsibility.
  • Office/remote policy: Not explicitly stated; headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The blog references a "global engineering team," suggesting potential remote or hybrid flexibility.
  • Notable perks: Opportunity to work on SAMA/regulatory-grade systems, forward-deployed client engagements, and on-premise infrastructure — unusual depth for a startup of this size.
