We are looking for a Travel Advisor to support one of our US-based clients by managing travelers’ end-to-end travel needs. This role will be responsible for handling travel requests, creating itineraries, managing air and land bookings, processing refunds, and resolving traveler inquiries through email and chat. You will play an important role in delivering accurate, timely, and professional travel support while maintaining high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end travel requests directly from travelers, including itinerary creation and travel arrangements.
- Manage airline ticketing, hotel, car, and train reservations.
- Process refunds and assist with changes or other travel-related requests.
- Resolve traveler inquiries related to air and land bookings through email and chat.
- Respond to inquiries accurately, professionally, and within the required service timelines.
- Identify and escalate complex or higher-level inquiries to the appropriate team or channel.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service and ensure a positive traveler experience.
- Ensure all travel arrangements and transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
Is this you?
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (minimum B2–C1).
- Proven experience in customer service and/or the travel industry.
- Experienced in GDS system (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple travel requests efficiently.
- Willingness to work on a permanent night shift.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
- Willingness to be placed in BSD, Tangerang and/or Jakarta.
