ZU DEINEN AUFGABEN ZÄHLEN
- Verantwortung für die kurz- und mittelfristige Liquiditätsplanung und -steuerung der Unternehmensgruppe
- Steuerung und Optimierung des konzernweiten Cash- und Liquiditätsmanagements
- Auswahl, Verhandlung und Umsetzung von Finanzierungslösungen (z. B. Factoring, Linienkredite, Supply Chain Financing)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Banken, Finanzierungsdienstleistern und internen Fachabteilungen
- Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung interner Treasury-Prozesse, Zahlungsverkehrssysteme und Richtlinien
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten, Forecasts und Analysen für die Geschäftsleitung
- Mitwirkung bei M&A-Projekten und strukturierter Finanzierung (z. B. Sale-and-Lease-back, ABS)
AUF WAS KÖNNEN WIR UNS FREUEN
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Treasury, Corporate Finance oder Cash Management
- Erfahrung mit Finanzierungsinstrumenten wie Factoring, Leasing, Working Capital Financing Analytisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Excel- und ERP-Kenntnisse
