HexCoded is an AI video studio: you should be able to make anything you can imagine. We are a small, fast-moving team building the tools that are reshaping how video, image and audio get made. This role is for our own content — the work that goes out under our name, not client delivery. You will turn that capability into a relentless stream of video.

The terms, up front

• Gurgaon — in our office, all six days a week.
• Hours overlapping India and the US, because we build for both markets.

• Create at volume. Produce a steady, high-output stream of short-form video for Instagram and YouTube — hooks, reels, shorts, edits and trend-led pieces.
• Edit to a high bar. Bring genuine craft to every cut: pacing, motion, sound design and the finishing details that separate "made with AI" from "made well."
• Master the toolbox. Work fluently across the AI creative stack, and know the real differences between tools so you always reach for the right one.
• Own the output. Take ideas from concept to storyboard to generation to final edit to publish — independently, and fast.
• Set the standard. Study what makes the best content in the world work, and hold our channels to that bar.

• A standout portfolio that proves your taste and range — your work speaks louder than any résumé.
• Real editing craft in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Deep, hands-on fluency with AI creative tools — you know the Indian and global model landscape and, more importantly, how they differ.
• A sharp instinct for what performs on Instagram and YouTube — hooks, pacing, retention, and why things trend.
• Speed, ownership and hunger. You would rather ship ten things this week than plan one for next month.
• Bonus: you already run your own social account with real engagement, or you are comfortable on camera / directing talent.

• Video generation: Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Luma, Hailuo, Pika — and hubs like fal, Krea and Higgsfield
• AI UGC & actors: Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen, Captions
• Image & enhancement: Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, Ideogram, Adobe Firefly; upscaling with Topaz and Magnific
• Voice & audio: ElevenLabs, Fish Audio, Suno
• Editing & post: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut
• And, of course: HexCoded
