Summary
Responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content including brand films and social media assets. The role involves integrating AI-driven tools into production workflows, managing post-production, and maintaining a professional podcast studio to support global marketing efforts.
Job description
Your Core Responsibilities
- You shoot, edit, and deliver brand and product video content across formats – from advertisement spots and product films to event coverage and behind-the-scenes content – with a consistent level of visual quality and narrative clarity that reflects the NEURA brand.
- You conceive, produce, and publish short-form social content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and TikTok – developing formats and storytelling approaches that are native to each platform, built for engagement, and rooted in the NEURA brand perspective.
- You apply motion design as an integral layer of your content – using animated typography, graphic overlays, and transitions to enhance storytelling, reinforce brand aesthetics, and make content feel polished and intentional across both long- and short-form formats.
- Together with the Brand and Marketing team, you contribute to defining the visual and narrative language of NEURA’s moving image content – helping to develop the stylistic standards, motion principles, and platform-specific content strategies that make our video output coherent and recognisable.
- You bring a proactive content perspective to the team – identifying opportunities for reactive or culturally relevant content, proposing new formats, and staying ahead of platform trends and audience behaviours relevant to NEURA’s presence.
- You manage your own production workflow end-to-end – from brief and storyboard through shoot, edit, motion, and delivery – working efficiently across multiple projects and formats simultaneously.
- You collaborate with the Art Director and broader creative team to ensure visual consistency between video content and the wider NEURA brand expression across still and motion formats.
- You work with external production partners, photographers, and talent when needed – briefing and directing their contributions to align with the NEURA visual language and content strategy.
What We Can Look Forward To
- You bring solid professional experience as a videographer and content creator, with a portfolio that spans both higher-production brand or product film work and short-form social content – demonstrating range, storytelling instinct, and platform fluency.
- You have a strong command of the full video production pipeline – camera operation, lighting, sound, editing, colour grading, and final delivery – and know how to achieve quality results across different production environments and budgets.
- You are proficient in motion design and work confidently with After Effects (or equivalent) to create animated sequences, typographic motion, and graphic elements that integrate naturally into your video content.
- You have a genuine feel for social-first storytelling – you understand how attention works on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, how to hook an audience in the first two seconds, and how to build content that performs without sacrificing brand quality.
- You have a developed narrative instinct: whether in 15 seconds or 3 minutes, you know how to build pace, tension, and emotional clarity into a piece of content.
