Why this role matters:

As a Workplace Space Planner, you’ll own how space works across our Finland sites. You'll turn headcount growth, team moves and changing space needs into workable seating plans and layouts, and own the global registry of ICEYE's facilities, rooms and access points across all our sites. From time to time, you'll also lend a hand on new international sites, helping translate early-stage requirements into test fits and layout options.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Plan and manage seating, moves and space allocation across ICEYE's Finland sites.
  • Own and maintain a global registry of ICEYE's facilities, rooms and access points across all sites.
  • Prepare layout plans and test fits for office fit-outs and renovations.
  • Keep track of furniture and equipment needs as the team grows, and order ahead of need.
  • Select and run the tools we use for space planning and facility reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to plan space that works for everyone.
  • Provide occasional, ad hoc input on new international sites when requested.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in workspace planning, workplace management, or a similar facilities/interior coordination role.
  • Experience in producing floor plans/layouts, test fits, or layout visualisations.
  • Experience in working with workplace concepts, workplace development activities, and understanding of change management topics as part of workplace project activities.
  • Professional proficiency in using design and drafting software and experience with a workplace-management tool.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Understanding of different phases and dependencies in workplace projects.
  • Comfortable managing multiple moves or projects at the same time, with strong organizational skills.
  • English proficiency required
