Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and solution design, including up to 10 years in enterprise environments Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and industry standards
- Develop custom applications leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Automation to enhance platform functionality
- Configure and optimize Salesforce sharing, security, and data modeling to ensure regulatory compliance and robust access control
- Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Apex Web Services, Async Apex, and SOQL to enable seamless data exchange
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide actionable technical guidance and best practices to development teams
- Establish and enforce standards for Salesforce development, including code quality, configuration, and deployment processes
- Mentor junior developers, promoting technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team Required Skills:
