Lead Engineer
Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce platform engineering, including substantial hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and customization Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to meet business objectives
- Optimize and maintain Apex triggers, flows, and automation processes to streamline and enhance operational workflows
- Configure and enforce Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data modeling to uphold data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Apex Web Services and SOQL, ensuring seamless and reliable data exchange
- Lead technical reviews, mentor junior engineers, and establish best practices for Salesforce development within the team
- Diagnose and resolve complex Salesforce application issues, maintaining high system availability and performance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions on Salesforce
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify opportunities for optimization, and implement automation to improve efficiency Required Skills:
- Advanced Salesforce Platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
- Expertise in JavaScript for Salesforce customizations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models
- Experience with Apex triggers and flow automation
- Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling
- Strong command of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Apex Web Services and asynchronous Apex
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of integration patterns and RESTful APIs within Salesforce
- Expertise in advanced Salesforce configuration for custom solutions Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
