Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through offer closure, ensuring timely and high-quality placements for technology roles. 2. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring requirements and deliver qualified talent across AI, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Software domains. 3. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, referrals, and networking channels to source and engage candidates for specialized technology positions. 4. Screen candidates for technical and domain fit, coordinate interviews, facilitate timely feedback, and support onboarding activities for successful hires. 5. Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations to ensure a seamless transition from selection to onboarding. 7. Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders to support ongoing and future hiring needs within the organization. 8.
