- Experience Range: With at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform engineering, including up to 8 years in designing and implementing enterprise solutions Key Responsibilities: 1. Architect and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) 2. Implement and optimize Salesforce sharing and security models to ensure robust data integrity and regulatory compliance 3. Configure and automate complex business processes with Salesforce Flow Automation, custom triggers, and SOQL queries 4. Design and manage Salesforce data models, including schema optimization, relationships, and data migration strategies 5. Develop and maintain Apex web services and asynchronous Apex processes for seamless integration with external systems 6. Diagnose, debug, and resolve advanced technical issues across Salesforce applications and integrations, ensuring minimal downtime 7. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver tailored technical solutions, and drive platform adoption 8. Lead code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior engineers to foster quality and innovation Required Skills: 1. Expert-level proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC) 2. Advanced skills in Visualforce page development 3. Strong expertise in Salesforce sharing and security model implementation 4. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Automation and SOQL 5.
