Job description
A fast-growing, tech-enabled cross-border eCommerce logistics platform is expanding its commercial team. The business partners with global marketplaces and leading strategic investors, and provides a unified system to help sellers manage international warehousing, forward fulfillment, and returns processing through a single interface.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and introductory outreach to pitch presentation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate directly with C-level executives and founding leaders to refine go-to-market strategy, pricing structures, and expansion initiatives.
- Combine sales strategy with creative content insights to develop custom pitch decks, campaign proposals, and partnership concepts.
- Identify, target, and acquire B2B brand partners, focusing on skincare, cosmetic, and personal care brands.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand marketing leads, agency directors, and corporate decision-makers.
- Track market trends, digital advertising shifts, and beauty-tech innovations to continuously identify new commercial opportunities.
What You Will Need
- With 1–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, client partnerships, account management, or agency environments. (Fresh Graduates are also welcome).
- Practical knowledge or personal experience in content creation, digital media, or creative presentation design is plus.
- High autonomy, strong self-drive, and the confidence to pitch ideas independently to different clients.
- Passion for or strong familiarity with the global beauty, personal care, and lifestyle consumer markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
