The Opportunity We are looking for a Business Associate to work closely with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives, business growth and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, analytics, product and execution - ideal for someone who loves solving complex business problems, building processes from scratch and owning measurable outcomes. The role also has a data and product side: you will dig into data to spot problems in the customer journey, shape fixes with the Product and Design teams and measure their impact after launch.
What you’ll do
- Identify and execute high-priority business initiatives.
- Lead problem-solving, analysis and business reviews to shape decisions around growth, revenue and efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to drive execution of business strategies.
- Track business KPIs, identify trends and gaps, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Write SQL and analyse funnel and cohort data to find where users drop off and why.
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility and decision support.
- Partner with the Product and Design teams on app features: size the problem with data, write requirement docs, help run A/B tests and measure impact after launch.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, customer insights and opportunity sizing for new product lines.
- Support strategic projects such as new product launches, market expansion and process optimisation.
What we're looking for
- 0-1 years of experience (internships count) in business operations, consulting, analytics, product or strategy - ideally within fintech, startups or high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical foundation and comfortable working with data to drive decisions, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, GA, etc.).
- Proficiency in using AI tools for data analysis.
- Product sense and curiosity about users. Exposure to product work (requirement docs, A/B tests, user research) is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills. Should be able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced setups.
- Bias for action - thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership from day one.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to function in a high-volume setting with tight deadlines.
- Startup Savvy: Thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a startup.
- Process-first operator with high ownership.
- High integrity, compliant by default.
Why work at Stable Money
- Mission-driven culture: The company explicitly brands itself as anti-hype and pro-compounding — a values-led environment for people who care about financial inclusion and sensible investing.
- Early-stage ownership: Series C with a 5.15% ESOP pool and a founder-led team means meaningful equity upside for early joiners.
- Fast-moving, expanding scope: Hiring across product, legal, compliance, content, growth, and city leadership — an opportunity to define processes from 0→1 in new markets.
- Work environment: On-site/in-office culture in Bengaluru (HSR Layout area) — Built In lists "OnSite Workspace" with employees working from physical offices. Several current openings are Bengaluru-based; new roles are also opening in Delhi and other Indian cities.
- Talent density: Team draws from top Indian consumer internet and fintech companies (BYJU'S, Navi, Groww, Amazon, Bandhan Bank), and alumni go on to Amazon, Oracle, Meesho, slice — indicating strong career trajectory either way.
- AI-assisted hiring: The company uses AI tools to support resume screening and application review, but states final hiring decisions are made by humans — transparency worth noting for candidates.
- Notable perks/context: No public details on remote flexibility or traditional perks; the emphasis is on growth, ownership, and in-person collaboration.
