About Dunder Mifflin
Dunder Mifflin is a mid-sized paper company navigating the digital revolution. While Silicon Valley chases pixels, we're revolutionizing how enterprises think about paper. With recent growth and digital transformation initiatives, we're seeking a CFO to help write our next chapter on premium paper, naturally.
The Role: As CFO, you'll lead financial strategy during our critical growth phase. You'll balance traditional paper business unit economics with digital transformation investments, while convincing investors that paper still has margins (it does).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive $100M P&L with multi-unit complexity
- Lead fundraising and investor relations
- Oversee digital transformation budget
- Manage 20-person finance organization
- Partner with board on growth strategy
- Optimize legacy business while scaling new ventures
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years financial leadership experience
- Public company CFO/senior finance experience
- M&A and fundraising track record
- Experience modernizing legacy businesses
- Strong board/investor relations background
- Tech transformation experience
