About Dunder Mifflin
Dunder Mifflin is a paper company boldly stepping into the digital age. While we've mastered paper distribution, we're now building the tech team to revolutionize how enterprises think about document management. Yes, we still sell paper - but now with APIs.
The Role: We're seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build our engineering and product teams across APAC and US markets. You'll partner with hiring managers who still remember dial-up internet and help them hire people who can explain why blockchain won't replace paper.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles
- Build diverse candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Scale recruitment processes and systems
- Close candidates in competitive markets
- Navigate cross-cultural hiring dynamics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience
- Track record hiring software engineers
- International recruiting experience
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- ATS expertise (we've upgraded from filing cabinets)
Nice to Have
- Experience in traditional industries undergoing digital transformation
- Startup and enterprise recruiting background
- Multiple market experience (US/APAC)
- Ability to explain why paper still matters
