Job description

About Dunder Mifflin

Dunder Mifflin, Inc. is a mid-sized paper company that stubbornly refuses to believe paper is dead. While tech giants push digital transformation, we're doubling down on the radical idea that people still need something to doodle on during meetings. Located in San Francisco, we're expanding our enterprise sales team to help Fortune 500 companies rediscover the joy of physical documentation.

The Role: We're seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to sell paper to companies who think they don't need paper.

What You'll Do

  • Own $5M+ annual quota selling enterprise paper solutions
  • Navigate complex buying committees (sometimes up to 15 people arguing about paper)
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to architect complex paper delivery systems
  • Build relationships with C-level executives who haven't touched paper since 2010
  • Manage deals from prospecting to close (average sales cycle: 6-12 months)
  • Create innovative proposals that make paper sound sexy (it's possible, we promise)

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years enterprise software/solution sales experience
  • Track record exceeding $5M+ annual quota
  • Experience with 6-12 month sales cycles
  • Strong enterprise relationship management
  • Ability to say "paper solutions" with a straight face
  • Master of Salesforce because we finally stopped using rolodexes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling in a digitally resistant industry
  • Background in sustainability
  • Knowledge of printer mechanics for emergency situations
  • Former origami champion

What We Offer

  • Base salary: $150,000 - $200,000
  • OTE: $300,000 - $400,000
  • Unlimited paper supplies (obviously)
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Stock options
  • 401(k) match
  • Flexible PTO
  • Home office stipend
  • Premium paper samples

Our Interview Process

  • Recruiter screen (paper preference discussion)
  • Sales role play (convince a tech CEO to buy paper)
  • Hiring manager deep dive
  • Panel interview with sales team
  • CEO conversation
  • Cross-functional interview

Location: Based in our San Francisco office. Hybrid work model available, though some clients still appreciate the romance of in-person paper presentations.

Dunder Mifflin is an equal opportunity employer. We don't discriminate based on paper preference, printer brand loyalty, or past experience with paper airplane construction.
