About Stable Money

Stable Money is India’s leading fixed investment platform. It is a marketplace which helps customers discover and invest in high-quality fixed-income products such as Fixed Deposits (FDs), RD, Bonds, Credit Cards, Mutual Funds from trusted institutions. Stable Money has 30 lac+ trusted investors, 2000cr+ bookings since inception and is backed by marquee investors such as Z47, Lightspeed, Fundamentum, Matrix Partners, RTP Global to name a few.

The role in one line

Own a state. You build, coach and drive a team of 15–20 field RMs who meet customers in person across tier 3–4 cities, acquire and deepen investors, and run on-brand community activations. You are hands-on and on the ground — in societies, at clubhouses, and running events yourself — not a desk manager. Success is measured in retained AUM, RM productivity and a healthy, low-attrition team.

What you’ll do

Lead & grow the RM team Manage 15–20 RMs day to day — run daily standups, weekly 1:1 coaching and fortnightly business reviews. Coach the funnel, don’t just police numbers: diagnose each RM’s weakest link (meetings, pitch, referrals, AUM) and fix it — enable first, ride-along often. Own team health: motivation, engagement, and keeping attrition below plan. Own state sales & AUM Deliver the state’s targets — new customers, retained AUM, referrals and activations — and the unit economics behind them. Land marquee/anchor customers yourself (respected doctors, business owners, seniors) to unlock societies through social proof. Sell hands-on: carry a bag, do meetings, close on-app in front of the RM — lead from the field. Drive on-ground activations & events Plan and personally run on-brand activations — Society Financial Health Camps, senior-citizen retirement clinics, festival stalls, wellness/“Little Savers” corners. Build and maintain the state’s registers: major city activities, societies, clubs and malls; secure RWA and venue permissions. Turn events into pipeline: lead capture, 24-hour follow-up, and referral waves. Hire, onboard & retain Partner with the hiring/vendor engine to source RMs who fit the persona; run final selection and the field bar. Onboard every new RM with the complete day-one pack (territory, 30-day plan, kit, meeting-note discipline). Quality, compliance & reporting Enforce integrity: no cash, everything on-app, DPDP-safe data, no mis-selling; run QC and mystery-shopping in your state. Keep registers, CRM and kit reconciliation current; report state performance to the central Programme Manager on a fixed cadence. What success looks like (first 6 months)

Measure What good looks like

Team live & productive

15–20 RMs deployed, ramped and hitting the meeting + activation floors Retained AUM State AUM built and retained to plan (the primary measure) RM productivity Median RM output rising month-on-month; top performers well above the floor Activations A steady rhythm of on-brand events feeding warm leads Attrition 90-day survival at or above the 50% plan; a live replacement pipeline Quality Clean QC — real customers, no mis-sell, kit fully reconciled Who we’re looking for Must-have 3–4 years managing people — has run a team and carried a number through them. Strong sales background — ideally field / feet-on-street in BFSI, fintech, insurance, telecom, FMCG or similar; comfortable selling and closing in person. Hands-on and on-ground — energised by being in the field, in societies and at events, not behind a desk. No problem with travel anywhere — will move across the state as the work demands, at short notice; owns a means of travel and a smartphone. Event organising — has planned and run on-ground activations / camps / community events end to end. Local fluency — speaks the state’s primary language plus working Hindi/English; understands the local affluent market. Data-comfortable — can run a review off a dashboard/CRM and coach to the funnel. Good to have Experience opening new markets / launching a territory from scratch. Exposure to investments/savings products (FD, bonds, mutual funds) or wealth distribution. Graduate; any stream. The person High-agency and hands-on — leads from the front and gets things done on the ground. A coach at heart — grows people, not just chases them. High integrity — sets the no-cash, no-mis-sell standard by example. Resilient and mobile — thrives on the road and in ambiguity of a new build.

What we offer

Ownership of a state in a fast-scaling offline business, backed by a strong central team and tooling. A build-from-scratch mandate with real autonomy and visible impact on the P&L. Competitive fixed pay commensurate with experience, plus a performance-linked incentive (band finalised at offer).
