In this role, you’ll help us lead both the acquisition and ongoing management of a high-value corporate portfolio, directly driving client growth and expanding our platform presence. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Deliveroo for Work (DfW) team. DfW is Deliveroo’s B2B arm, offering simple and flexible food-spending solutions to corporate clients across seven global markets, from team lunches and office events to pantry supplies. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Acquire Corporate Clients: Lead end-to-end sales cycles to convert and onboard high-value corporate clients onto the Deliveroo for Work platform.
  • Manage High-Value Accounts: Oversee a dedicated account portfolio, driving contract renewals, retention, and growth by deepening relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Design Bespoke Commercial Solutions: Craft tailored propositions aligned with client requirements, structuring optimal pricing, rollout plans, and integration models.
  • Navigate Complex Stakeholder Environments: Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Security teams to solve technical requirements and unblock deals.
  • Drive Product Feedback: Act as the voice of corporate customers, synthesising client requirements to inform and influence our product roadmap priorities.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • B2B Sales & Account Management Experience: Proven track record in closing B2B agreements, expanding client portfolios, and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Navigating Complex Deals: Comfortable managing sales cycles involving procurement, legal, security, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Technical & Product Fluency: Ability to engage credibly with technical partners and translate product capabilities into clear commercial value propositions.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to influence key cross-functional decision-makers.
  • Commercial Acumen & Resilience: Sharp commercial judgement to structure deals alongside a disciplined, structured approach to pipeline management.
