Data Engineer
We're hiring a Data Engineer to help build and maintain critical data infrastructure supporting large-scale compute and mining systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines. Manage cloud-based relational and non-relational databases with a focus on performance and reliability. Design multi-region replication and failover systems. Maintain scalable data systems with low-latency data access. Implement automated testing and monitoring for data quality. Collaborate with engineering on secure, scalable system architecture. Contribute to feature generation and analysis processes.
Key Requirements:
Strong Python, PostgreSQL, and PL/pgSQL skills. Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines. Familiar with tools like Trino, ClickHouse, and Airflow. Deep understanding of data architecture in cloud environments. Solid programming fundamentals. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field—or equivalent experience. 4+ years in a data engineering role. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker. Background in Kafka (Redpanda preferred). Experience with agile teams and production-scale systems. Blockchain or mining infrastructure experience is required
