Job description

Location(s) Preference will be given to candidates who are be hybrid based out of our San Francisco, CA or New York, NY office. Our team works in-office time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We are accepting and reviewing remote candidates.

About the Role

  • As Director of Product Marketing, you'll own how our products are positioned, understood, and sold. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead the product marketing function end-to-end — from setting go-to-market strategy to showing up as a real partner to Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
  • You'll shape the narratives that drive pipeline, lead sales enablement at scale, and help define how Casap shows up in the market. This role is for someone who's done this before — a leader who's equally comfortable in a strategy doc and a sales kickoff, and who knows how to build things that actually move revenue in a fast-moving fintech environment.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own product positioning, messaging, and storytelling across the full portfolio.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, feature launches, and expansion into new verticals and markets.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to build enablement programs that actually help reps win — pitch frameworks, competitive intel, objection handling, and proof points.
  • Own interactive demo strategy, making sure demos are doing real work in the sales cycle
  • Build the infrastructure behind sales enablement — playbooks, training programs, and content systems — that improve win rates and shorten deal cycles.
  • Make sure product messaging feeds into organic search strategy, and lead GEO content development so Casap shows up where buyers are actually looking,  including AI-generated answers.
  • Lead competitive, market, and customer intelligence efforts that inform both positioning and product direction.
  • Drive launch planning across Product, Marketing, and Revenue so launches are coordinated and land with impact.
  • Hire and develop product marketing talent as the team scales.

What You’ve Done

  • 7+ years in product or product marketing — ideally in B2B fintech, SaaS, or a data-driven tech company.
  • A real track record of owning GTM strategy and connecting it to revenue outcomes, not just supporting someone else's.
  • Deep familiarity with solution and value-based selling, and the ability to shape how Sales teams position and close.
  • Strong background in financial services, payments, lending, or fraud technologies strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and scaling sales enablement programs and infrastructure, not just individual assets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives at the leadership level and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members; ability to build and grow a high-performing PMM function.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a clear point of view on how they should be applied to marketing workflows and content at scale.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex product capabilities into narratives that resonate with buyers, executives, and internal stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
