We are looking for a Head of Corporate Affairs - Strategy & Growth to help lead Replit’s next chapter of enterprise expansion, strategic relationship building, and institutional engagement.
This is a senior, commercially minded role for a strategic, hands-on leader who can turn relationships across government and industry into real opportunities for Replit. As Replit grows from a beloved developer platform into a defining company in AI and enterprise transformation, you will build the relationships and pathways that accelerate adoption across the public and private sectors.
The role sits at the intersection of corporate affairs, business development, public sector strategy, and enterprise growth. It is not a traditional government relations role focused on policy, access, or reputation. You will build a repeatable, measurable approach to turning senior-level engagement into qualified pipeline, adoption, and long-term value, working closely with the President of Public Sector and Corporate Affairs, the executive team, and sales and go-to-market leaders.
Role
- Lead the growth strategy for Corporate Affairs, turning senior-level relationships across government and industry into revenue opportunities and pipeline.
- Identify target accounts across government and industry, and prioritize building C-suite relationships that accelerate enterprise adoption.
- Partner with business development, sales, and go-to-market leaders to align outreach, create pathways into target organizations, and convert executive engagement into qualified opportunities.
- Develop repeatable playbooks for executive engagement and institutional partnerships, establishing a scalable relationship-to-revenue motion.
- Build the operating cadence, metrics, and reporting to measure Corporate Affairs’ contribution to pipeline development, enterprise growth, and adoption.
- Represent Replit in senior-level meetings, industry forums, and government engagements to strengthen strategic relationships and advance business opportunities.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate affairs, strategic partnerships, business development, public sector strategy, enterprise sales, government relations, government, or related fields.
- Experience building or significantly expanding a relationship-driven growth, partnerships, or business development function at a fast-growing technology company or similarly complex organization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and public sector go-to-market motions, including how procurement, stakeholder alignment, and internal champions influence adoption.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with credibility among C-suite leaders, government officials, and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical products and AI capabilities into clear business value.
- A creative, resourceful, “do more with less” mindset, with the ability to build new programs without an established playbook.
- Passion for Replit’s mission and for AI-powered software creation expanding who can build software.
