Job Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct cold calls and initial screening to understand candidate interest, experience, and expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain relevant talent pipelines.
• Manage candidate information, feedback, and recruitment updates through GEM/ATS and trackers.
• Support employee referrals, campus hiring, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding and creative ways of engaging prospective candidates.
• Follow recruitment SOPs and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Take ownership beyond your defined responsibilities whenever needed.
