You'll own how 5M+ customers experience Hostinger across email, SMS, WhatsApp and in-product messaging. AI-first, hands-on, and moving fast. Our agents already launch campaigns - you'll decide what they do next.

This role fits two kinds of senior people. We're excited about both:

• Technical builder - you get under the hood: push agentic automation further, own deliverability and experimentation infrastructure, and build the systems that run lifecycle across 150 countries.
• Creative owner - you take an area of communications and own its impact end-to-end, from strategy to craft to results. Hands on keyboard, not handing it off.

Seniority here is the scope and complexity of what you own. You'd rather build and ship than direct from the sidelines. You'll have the agency to change whatever you think should change.

• Multi-channel communications: Own and optimize messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, email and in-product notifications so every channel feels personal in 15 languages, for millions of customers.
• Lifecycle campaigns: Direct AI agents to do the heavy lifting across 1000+ automated messages while you own the strategy, quality, and edge cases they can't yet handle.
• Test & learn: Analyze communications, run A/B tests, spot bugs, and push campaigns toward true incremental impact, not vanity engagement.
• Cross-team collaboration: Partner with product, revenue, data and marketing to align lifecycle with business goals and to reshape how the whole team works as AI changes what's possible.
• Customer journeys: Map journeys that move customers from first purchase to renewal with well-timed nudges, designed to adapt over time, not sit static.

• 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing - hands-on with email and SMS; WhatsApp a strong bonus.
• You already work AI-first. You're applying AI to content, personalization, segmentation, or decisioning today and you'll bring us forward, not wait to be taught.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with a modern lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Customer.io or similar) - segmentation logic, event-driven architecture, templating. Tools change; judgment doesn't.
• You build adaptive, evolving lifecycle systems and you're comfortable in ambiguity where the system improves over time.
• A high sense of ownership: you drive projects from concept to shipped, and you'd rather do it than delegate it.
• Strong English copywriting, with sales copywriting experience.
• Data guides your strategy, but the customer experience stays front and center.

You'll join the Lifecycle Marketing team, part of Product Growth. The moment we capture a user's email, that person becomes our responsibility. We own their journey through onboarding, cross-sell, upgrades, renewals, and retention - mostly existing users, with a slice of not-yet-converted signups. Salary starting from €4,500 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
