About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Operations Technician to join our vibrant Tel Aviv office. This hands-on role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on resolving technical challenges, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring a seamless office environment. You will be responsible for both day-to-day maintenance tasks and the smooth operation of our office facilities, taking ownership from initiation to completion in a dynamic, service-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, hardware, door and furniture repairs, painting, drywall, and other routine upkeep tasks.
- Execute preventive maintenance and adhere to maintenance plans and periodic inspections.
- Manage service requests and maintenance tasks via computerized systems, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization, and timely follow-up in line with defined SLAs.
- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the work of vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory of maintenance equipment, materials, and deliveries.
- Provide professional, service-oriented support to employees and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to operational projects and improvements related to the office environment and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in building maintenance for commercial buildings, office spaces, campuses, or other complex facilities (required).
- Proven hands-on experience with general maintenance tasks (required).
- Experience with building systems and infrastructure (required).
- Familiarity working with vendors and contractors.
- Ability to utilize computerized systems for task management, tracking, and documentation.
- Proficiency in English, sufficient for managing systems, emails, and professional communications.
- Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
