Job Information

The Manufacturing Technician supports the production of mission-critical defense components, systems, and equipment used across military and strategic programs. This role is responsible for operating industrial machinery, assembling components, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining production discipline to meet strict defense-sector standards.

Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing machinery, tools, and equipment safely and effectively

- Assemble mechanical/electrical components according to technical specifications

- Perform quality checks and maintain compliance with ISO, DoD, and internal standards

- Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and workflow documentation

- Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions with supervisors

- Support preventive maintenance tasks and shop-floor safety protocols

- Work collaboratively with engineering and logistics teams to meet production deadlines
