YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our People & Culture team, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization and actively shaping the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, regardless of the hiring outcome.
  • Promote and strengthen our employer brand by representing our company as an employer of choice, participating in career fairs and recruiting events, and proactively building networks with potential candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, qualifications, and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize a variety of recruiting and sourcing channels to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates.
  • Review and assess applications, conduct initial interviews, and create qualified shortlists for hiring managers.
  • Evaluate candidates' professional qualifications and cultural fit, coordinate the selection process, and support offer negotiations.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to continuously improve our recruitment strategies and processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Several years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, ideally within a dynamic business environment.
  • Proven experience in active sourcing and building and maintaining sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Creativity and a passion for developing and implementing innovative recruiting ideas and strategies.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and common business applications.
  • Fluency in both German and English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
