Job description

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Scale team in NYC. We're passionate about building an amazing product and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our clients love the platform, and it's incredibly rewarding to guide them to success while driving real business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of early adopter and expansion accounts — driving adoption, retention, renewals, and growth.
  • Identify signals for expansion and execute upsells, cross-sells, and outbound campaigns to generate additional revenue.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting on customer processes and challenging leaders to drive meaningful change.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound engagement to negotiation and closing. • Deliver high-touch relationship management and proactive account planning to maximize customer value.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in upsells, cross-sells, expansion, and renewal ownership.
  • Experience in high-volume, high-velocity environments, including outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle and build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills with credibility across leadership levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, empathy, and high energy.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall
  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide
  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should share in our success
  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we
  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more

The compensation for this role is structured as approximately 60% base salary and 40% variable on-target earnings (OTE). The base salary range for this position is: $97,000-$139,000, with OTE potential of $163,000-$233,000. OTE earnings are tied to individual performance pursuant to company policy. In addition, this role is eligible for accelerators and may also include equity in the form of RSUs. monday.com offers a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, generous paid time off (vacation, holidays, personal leave and sick leave), fully paid parental leave, automatic 401(k) contributions, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount (ESPP), and more. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with no set deadline.
