Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior technologists and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve existing workflows.
- Design, develop, and maintain internal applications, APIs, dashboards, AI agents, and automation solutions.
- Build and deploy AI-enabled products using modern Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
- Translate emerging AI trends, risks, and architectural patterns into practical governance and enablement tools.
- Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Codex) to accelerate software development while maintaining engineering best practices.
- Review, test, debug, refactor, and optimize AI-generated and manually written code.
- Design efficient data models, database schemas, and scalable data access patterns.
- Rapidly prototype new ideas, gather user feedback, and iterate on solutions.
- Establish reusable frameworks, integrations, standards, and guardrails for responsible AI adoption.
- Support and mentor stakeholders in the safe and effective use of AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional Python software development experience.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, testing, maintainability, and scalable application development.
- Experience building APIs, automation solutions, internal tools, or web applications using modern Python frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, database design, and data modeling.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) while maintaining high engineering standards.Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and technologies such as LangGraph, Agent SDKs, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
