Your perspective will help us understand the core bottlenecks in current hospital administration. How It Works You will participate in a 45-minute remote voice and video interview. During the session, we will ask you to walk through your standard approaches to facility operations and clinical governance. You will react to a few conceptual scenarios regarding resource allocation and staff management. The conversation is structured to flow naturally through your daily workflows and decision-making processes. Who This Is For This study targets senior leadership within US-based healthcare systems. We welcome hospital administrators, medical directors, chiefs of staff, and clinical operations executives. Candidates should have direct experience managing facility-wide policies or overseeing departmental clinical standards.
