Senior Lead Engineer

Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 10 years of full-stack development experience, including 5 years specifically in Angular and modern .NET application architectures Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and develop robust full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Angular, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
  • Lead secure coding initiatives, integrating authentication, authorization, and API security measures to safeguard sensitive data and comply with industry standards
  • Drive the development of scalable microservices and RESTful APIs, optimizing integration with enterprise data platforms such as SQL Server, DB2, and PostgreSQL
  • Identify, assess, and remediate application security vulnerabilities, including OWASP Top 10 issues, SAST/DAST findings, and third-party dependency risks, with measurable reduction in security incidents
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams in an Agile environment to deliver secure, high-performing applications and mentor junior developers
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, embedding automated security controls, TDD, and BDD practices to enhance software quality and deployment efficiency
  • Conduct advanced debugging, root cause analysis, and provide production support focused on resolving security-related defects and improving system reliability
  • Apply advanced object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and multithreading techniques to build maintainable, high-performance solutions

Required Skills:
