Senior Software Development Engineer

Job Description -

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on LWC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and user experience.
  • Develop custom solutions and integrations with third-party systems using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our Salesforce platform.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
  • Solid understanding of web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices for performance optimization.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes for Salesforce development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
