The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in partnering closely with senior leaders across technical, sales and corporate functions. You’ll be more than just a recruiter — you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, helping attract exceptional talent, strengthen employer brand and influence hiring strategy across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with leaders across the business to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions Manage multiple vacancies across technical, sales, operational and corporate functions Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding Drive recruitment best practice, process improvement and stakeholder engagement Support employer branding initiatives, talent campaigns and networking activities Work closely with agencies where required while maximising direct sourcing outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role - Minimum 5-8 years Recruitment/ Talent Experience. Experience recruiting Sales professionals would be desirable. Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels Confident sourcing and attracting passive talent in competitive markets Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Agency recruitment experience highly regarded
