Role Overview
Responsible for daily content creation and community operation across core Chinese social platforms (e.g., Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Weibo) for thatgamecompany's (TGC) IPs. Drive brand emotional value, maintain community engagement, and enhance player loyalty through authentic storytelling and creator relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Channel Operation & Content Creation: Own the daily content calendar and operations for core channels (Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Weibo). Independently script, edit, and publish copy, graphic posts, and short video content while adhering to IP brand tone.
- Creator & Fan Art Engagement: Build and maintain ongoing relationships with fan artists, community creators, and mid-to-micro KOLs/KOCs. Implement engagement initiatives to drive organic UGC growth.
- Campaign Execution: Support game updates, IP events, and collaboration campaigns by executing social media rollouts, localized copy delivery, and user interactions.
- Data Tracking & Community Feedback: Monitor core performance metrics (impressions, engagement rates, follower growth) and consolidate player sentiment and content feedback for regular reporting.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of social media operations experience in gaming, ACG, or pan-entertainment sectors with a strong track record of content execution.
- Execution & Aesthetics: High aesthetic sensitivity and strong content execution skills. Proficient in basic video editing and graphic design tools (CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
