Job description
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
About The the team
Intech owns monday.com's internal technology. We don't just keep the lights on — we innovate and we lead. OCDIO is the operating layer that keeps intech's functions (BI, Security, Big Brain, IT Infra & Service, Solutions, Travel, Procurement, tech scouting) aligned and moving.
About The role
This role makes sure intech actually delivers on what its leadership decides — and builds the analytics and narrative that let leadership operate on real signal, not instinct. It sits close to the CDIO's office, with real latitude to decide what intech needs next. The areas below are a starting point, not the full mandate.
What you'll own:
The operating rhythm. Own how intech tracks progress against what actually matters — which initiatives are on track, where risk is building before anyone else sees it, and what the org's quarterly strategic bet needs to succeed. The specific project changes every quarter. Owning the org's sense of "are we actually on track" doesn't. The signal. Own the numbers that tell leadership the truth about intech — unit health, headcount, budget. Build what's needed as the questions change, and increasingly, know what to build before anyone asks for it. Vision and execution, both. Whether it's a new dashboard, a communication rhythm, or a tracking mechanism nobody's built yet — design it and build it. Use AI tools to move from idea to something live without waiting on engineering or design. The narrative. Own how intech understands itself — what's working, who made it happen, why it matters beyond the team that did it. Make a multi-function org feel like one team pulling in the same direction, not a set of teams that happen to share a budget. Leadership's focus. Help make sure time and attention go to what's actually top priority. Where this role goes from here is largely up to the person in it. The best version of this hire finds the gap nobody's named yet and takes it on without waiting to be asked.
Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, business operations, ideally a mix of both
- Comfortable with SQL and a BI — able to build a dashboard, not just read one
- Track record of driving a cross-functional initiative without formal authority over the people involved
- Strong written communicator — this role writes the updates leadership reads
- High discretion — this role touches FinOps, headcount, and cost data across the org
- AI-native — uses AI tools to build things alone (dashboards, decks, automations) rather than routing through engineering or design
- Owns both the vision and the execution — designs a new process or reporting rhythm and is also the one who ships it
What monday.com can offer you:
- Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall
- Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide
- Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we
- A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more
