As part of our Studio Services and Front of House teams at AKQA, you are committed to ensuring that world-class customer service, delivery and communication is always provided to our clients, guests and employees.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Be the go to person for the day to day support of teams across the office
  • Meet and greet: professional guest greeting and recognising regular guests; greeting new employees
  • Meeting rooms: assist with room requests or conflicts
  • Security passes: issue and cancel all security passes
  • Provide admin support across agency: print address labels, organise the purchase and delivery of gifts, assist with binding/laminating, book taxis and couriers
  • Support central IT team with onboarding and offboarding
  • Handle basic maintenance tasks safely, practically and with strong attention to detail.
  • Carry out tasks on our daily checklist at appointed times throughout the day, ensuring that they are performed to a consistently high standard and on time. These tasks include: ensuring adequate lighting, comfortable temperature and a safe working environment; studio equipment checks and maintenance

EU working rights are required. Either through a EU Citizenship or Study Programme in Germany
