About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Delivery to join our Executive team based in London. In this role you will lead operational execution across the company. This role will ensure that company goals, strategic initiatives, and project timelines are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered. The Head of Delivery will act as the central operational owner of execution, maintaining visibility across all key projects and ensuring alignment between leadership, engineering, product, and operations. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented operator who thrives in complex technical environments and can bring structure, clarity, and accountability to fast-moving teams.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain the company-wide execution framework, including roadmaps, delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Ensure all company initiatives and projects are tracked in a single operational system with clear ownership and deadlines.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and leadership teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and operational bottlenecks.
- Provide operational oversight and guidance to project managers across teams.
- Implement and continuously improve program management processes, reporting, and execution standards.
- Maintain clear visibility of progress and risks for leadership. Ensure strategic plans are translated into clear, actionable delivery plans.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience leading complex cross-functional programs or delivery functions.
- Exceptional operational discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to structure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience building operational systems, planning frameworks, and execution processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with leadership and translate strategy into execution.
- Comfortable operating in highly technical environments with engineering teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in robotics, AI, or hardware companies.
- Background as a founder or co-founder, or early-stage operator in a startup environment.
- Experience scaling delivery or program management functions in deep tech organizations.
- Familiarity with complex hardware + software development cycles.
