We focus on empowering financial institutions with bespoke software development services, including portfolio management systems and related financial technology platforms.
In addition to our technical expertise, we offer strategic consulting to streamline operations—structuring third-party vendor relationships, integrating external services, and managing those partnerships to ensure seamless delivery and performance.
Responsibilities
Business Partners Onboarding
● Manage end-to-end account opening across multiple exchange, banking, and brokerage partners, ensuring seamless operational integration.
● Coordinate with stakeholders to collect documentation, complete KYB / KYC and verification requirements, and ensure timely follow-ups.
● Set up and configure accounts across partner platforms and financial venues; establish and test third-party connectivity.
● Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability.
Operations Support & Documentation
● Maintain organized, reconciled internal records and account documentation.
● Support audit preparations, regulatory reviews, and documentation control as needed.

Platform Operations & Automation
● Support day-to-day booking and data workflows within the portfolio management system.
● Help maintain data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies across connected systems.
● Contribute to PMS automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
● Monitor progress on assigned tasks and assist in ensuring milestones and deadlines are met across stakeholders.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in operations or project management.
● Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; reliable and discreet with sensitive, confidential material.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Passionate about crypto, industry experience is highly preferred.
● Proactive communicator and team player.
● Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin) a plus
