What you'll do:
- Work directly with co-founder/COO to shape product strategy and vision
- Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Interface directly with customers to understand their needs and challenges
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales leads
- Prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility
What we're looking for:
- 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products
- Track record of shipping successful products in fast-paced environments
- Experience working directly with customers and incorporating their feedback
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision and drive results
