What you'll do:
- Work directly with the co-founder/COO to drive product development and operations strategy
- Interface directly with customers to understand their needs and serve as their advocate internally
- Translate customer feedback into product roadmaps and technical specifications
- Lead data analysis projects to uncover insights that inform product decisions
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to scope client engagements
- Help prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in analytical roles (data, finance, consulting, or similar quantitative fields)
- Proven track record of rapidly mastering new technical skills
- Strong analytical foundation - proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python) or history of fast technical adoption
- AI/ML familiarity is a plus
- Client-facing experience - comfortable presenting findings and building relationships with external stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in fast-paced environments and passionate about building from the ground up
- Strong conviction - self-starter who pushes initiatives forward and challenges assumptions when data supports it
