What you'll do:

  • Work directly with the co-founder/COO to drive product development and operations strategy
  • Interface directly with customers to understand their needs and serve as their advocate internally
  • Translate customer feedback into product roadmaps and technical specifications
  • Lead data analysis projects to uncover insights that inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to scope client engagements
  • Help prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years in analytical roles (data, finance, consulting, or similar quantitative fields)
  • Proven track record of rapidly mastering new technical skills
  • Strong analytical foundation - proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python) or history of fast technical adoption
  • AI/ML familiarity is a plus
  • Client-facing experience - comfortable presenting findings and building relationships with external stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in fast-paced environments and passionate about building from the ground up
  • Strong conviction - self-starter who pushes initiatives forward and challenges assumptions when data supports it
