The Role
Lindy is looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, and lifecycle campaigns. You’ll own full-funnel growth—from acquisition to retention—running experiments, optimizing channels, and driving measurable results. Ideal for a scrappy, analytical marketer who loves building from zero to one.
Who You Are
- Proven growth channel expertise across organic, paid, owned and partnerships
- Self starter with incredible hunger and drive to find creative and efficient paths for revenue and customer growth
- Rapid experimenter and highly analytical thinker
- Knowledge and experience with modern growth stacks and measurement/attribution methodologies
Bonus Skills
- Experience with no-code or workflow automation solutions
- Background in AI/ML products
- Proven track record in high-growth startup environments
