The Role
Lindy is looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Lead to own the go-to-market strategy for our sales-led growth motion. You’ll craft messaging and positioning frameworks, develop compelling sales enablement materials, orchestrate product launches, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption and revenue. This role is perfect for a scrappy, creative marketer who can turn insights into action and thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product marketing in a high-growth technology company.
- Experience crafting GTM strategies to support sales led growth for SMB and Mid Market customers
- Deep customer and competitive insights experience. You can gather quant and qual data to inform the insights that drive your product marketing recommendations
- Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets—including product walkthroughs, pitch-decks, case studies and other sales enablement material
- Proven track record of exceptional performance in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
- Excellent attention to detail. Able to communicate impeccably, verbally and in writing.

- Experience with no-code or workflow automation solutions
- Background in AI/ML products
