Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and implement features and improvements for blockchain protocols.
  • Develop smart contracts and contribute to the creation and maintenance of decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Work closely with the research team to validate new concepts and integrate emerging technologies into existing protocols.
  • Ensure the blockchain infrastructure is scalable, secure, and functions efficiently.
  • Participate in code reviews, uphold best practices, and maintain high standards for code quality and performance.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology and actively engage with the blockchain community.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in protocol development with a robust background in blockchain technologies.
  • Experience in developing smart contracts and dApps.
  • Proficiency in blockchain-specific programming languages, such as Rust and Solidity.
  • Familiarity with blockchain consensus mechanisms and experience in optimizing network protocols.
  • Skills in utilizing blockchain development tools and frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts.
