We at Coforge are hiring a Mid-Level Software Engineer with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Support system migration and modernization initiatives.
- Configure and implement platform solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Bash scripts for automation and operational tasks.
- Manage source code using GitHub and follow source control best practices.
- Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Analyze data and ensure accuracy across systems and processes.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and findings.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in software engineering or technical systems support.
- Experience with GitHub and source control management.
- Strong Bash scripting skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and analyzing technical systems.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with migration or system implementation projects.
- Familiarity with platform configuration and deployment activities.
- Exposure to QA, testing, and verification processes.
- Basic knowledge of COBOL or legacy/mainframe environments.
- Experience working in enterprise environments.
