We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner who actively leverages AI to work smarter, move faster, and raise the bar on what great recruitment looks like. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates across various business functions, with a strong focus on technical hiring. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring, while aligning closely with business leadership to understand strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include profiling ideal candidates, developing effective sourcing strategies, creating an outstanding candidate experience, conducting interviews, and collaborating in hiring decisions.

About The Role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles- from intake to offer, including screening calls and in-depth interviews.
  • Build deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand their strategic goals, translate business needs into effective hiring plans, and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Source proactively across diverse channels and maintain an active talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring targets.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Leverage advanced AI tools and innovative technologies to optimize, streamline, and scale our recruitment processes
  • Use data and creative thinking to identify bottlenecks, explore new sourcing channels, and continuously improve how we hire.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within a tech company - Must
  • Strong English, both verbal and written
  • Experienced in sourcing
  • Experience working with AI tools in recruitment processes
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
  • B.A in Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent - Advantage
  • High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
