This is the rare case where the interesting flow runs the other way. Argentina's engineers are an export: enormous numbers work remotely for US and European companies, paid in dollars against a weak peso. Relocating into Argentina for a tech job is uncommon, and it is not really how the market operates. The realistic pattern is a foreign company hiring an Argentine engineer remotely, not a foreigner moving there to work.
