Job description

Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

- Process casino and payment risk alerts in line with company standards;

- Identify suspicious players and potential fraud during the shift;

- Resolve casino and payment cases based on established procedures;

- Contribute to improving operational processes;

- Report casino and payment anomalies to management in a timely manner;

- Work in a rotating 5/2 schedule, including morning, evening, and night shifts

We need your professional experience:

- 1+ year of experience in Risk, Fraud, Payments, Fintech, or related fields;

- Strong numerical and Excel skills;

- Knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting tools will be a plus;

- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
