- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear analytical questions, metrics, and data-driven solutions;
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of revenue performance, customer behavior, funnels, retention, churn, and operational efficiency;
- Identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and growth opportunities, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders;
- Develop and maintain reliable, reusable data models and datasets using SQL and dbt;
- Build and improve Tableau dashboards that enable effective performance monitoring and business decision-making;
- Ensure data accuracy by validating calculations, investigating discrepancies, and monitoring data quality;
- Take ownership of analytical projects - from requirements gathering and methodology design to implementation and presentation of results;
- Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and share knowledge across the analytics function;
- Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis while proactively identifying opportunities for deeper, scalable analytical solutions.
We need your professional experience:
- 2+ years in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst, or similar role;
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets;
- Hands-on experience with Tableau;
- Experience building dashboards, automated reporting, and reusable analytical datasets;
- Solid understanding of business metrics, data validation, descriptive statistics, and analytical methodologies;
- Experience conducting end-to-end analysis: from gathering requirements and defining methodology to presenting conclusions and recommendations;
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience with dbt, Git, Python would be an advantage;
- At least Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
