At Midas, we are working on real-life user needs to transform the world of finance. We’ve transformed investing in Turkey by delivering a seamless experience for everyday investors. Today, 4 million users invest with Midas. Backed by an $80M Series B, the largest fintech investment ever in Turkey, we are scaling faster than ever.
Product Manager at Midas, owns the development and delivery of specific features or products, ensuring alignment with the broader roadmap and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on priorities and deliver value to users.
What You’ll Ship

- Own the strategy, positioning, planning, and competitive analysis activities of Midas’s specific product areas or features, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
- Focus on tactical decision-making to address immediate product challenges and deliverables.
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to drive end-to-end strategy and execution for a key product area, with responsibility for shaping the long-term product roadmap.

- Strong understanding of the development process, from the user’s request and finishing with rolling out into production, with knowledge of the roles various systems play within this process.
- Interest in crypto/fintech/trading products is a plus.
Why work at Midas
- Culture: Described as a fast-growing fintech with a flat hierarchy and a focus on ownership. However, Glassdoor-style ratings are low (2.0/5.0 based on 3 reviews) – take with caution. The large number of ex-employees from top Turkish tech companies (Trendyol, Getir, Papara) suggests a competitive talent environment.
- Remote/Hybrid Policy: Not explicitly stated, but offices in Istanbul (Uskudar and Üsküdar). Likely hybrid given the tech-heavy workforce.
- Engineering Culture: Strong emphasis on modern tools (Kubernetes, GitOps, observability stack). Engineering makes up ~43% of the workforce (149 out of 350). Active hiring for senior and lead engineering roles.
- Perks: Not detailed, but as a well-funded Series B company, likely offers competitive compensation (4.0/5.0 compensation rating) and equity.
