Das Team Mechanische Entwicklung konstruiert die Antriebe, Strukturbauteile und Peripherie unserer Roboter. Von der ersten Idee bis zur fertigungsgerechten Zeichnung entstehen hier leichte, präzise und großserientaugliche Komponenten.
Deine Aufgaben & Herausforderungen
Du verantwortest die Auswahl, Spezifikation und Integration elektrischer und elektronischer Komponenten – von Sensorik über Steckverbinder bis zur Leistungselektronik.
- Spezifikation und Auswahl von E/E-Komponenten (Sensoren, Steckverbinder, Motoren, Bremsen, Encoder)
- Erstellung von Komponenten-Lastenheften und Qualifikationsplänen
- Bewertung von Lieferanten und Mustern gemeinsam mit Einkauf und SQE
- Integration der Komponenten in Bauraum, Bordnetz und Fertigungskonzept
- Betreuung von Komponententests und Freigaben
Dein Profil
- Studium Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in Auswahl und Qualifikation von E/E-Komponenten
- Kenntnisse in Komponententests, Umweltprüfungen und Zuverlässigkeit
- Erfahrung in Lieferantenkommunikation von Vorteil
- Sorgfältige, dokumentationsstarke Arbeitsweise
