Das Simulationsteam legt Antriebe, Getriebe und Strukturen unserer Roboter rechnerisch aus, bevor der erste Prototyp entsteht. Mit FEM-, CFD- und Mehrkörpersimulationen sichert es Leistungsfähigkeit, Lebensdauer und Geräuschverhalten ab.
Deine Aufgaben & Herausforderungen
Du bewertest Festigkeit, Steifigkeit und Lebensdauer unserer Strukturen per FEM und machst unser Design leicht und robust zugleich.
- Statische und dynamische FEM-Analysen (Festigkeit, Steifigkeit, Modalanalyse)
- Lebensdauer- und Betriebsfestigkeitsbewertungen
- Topologie- und Gewichtsoptimierung gemeinsam mit der Konstruktion
- Definition von Lastfällen aus Systemanforderungen
- Validierung der Modelle durch Abgleich mit Versuchen
Dein Profil
- Studium Maschinenbau mit Schwerpunkt Berechnung/Mechanik
- Erfahrung in FEM-Simulation (z. B. Ansys, Abaqus, OptiStruct)
- Kenntnisse in Betriebsfestigkeit und Werkstoffverhalten
- Erfahrung mit Optimierungstools von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denken und klare Ergebnisaufbereitung
